Tourist Visa

Requirements:

1. Completed visa application form. FILL OUT THIS FORM
2. One passport photo (2×2 inches, color, with a plain light or white background).
3. You must ship your actual US passport (no photocopies). Your passport should remain valid for the next 6 months.
4. Letter of invitation from D.R. Congo (must be notarized).
5. Copy of airline tickets or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
6. International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
7. Payment of applicable fees.

Business Visa

Requirements:

2. One passport photo (2×2 inches, color, with a plain light or white background).
3. You must ship your actual US passport (no photocopies). Your passport should remain valid for the next 6 months.
4. Letter from company on official letterhead (two copies), stating duration and purpose of travel, name and address of reference to be visited, and that your company is financially responsible for you during your stay in DRC. The letter has to be signed by someone other than the applicant.
5. A letter of invitation from the company or organization in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It must be on an official letterhead signed by the company's representative. It should include the applicant's name and name of contact in DRC, address and phone number. This letter must be notarized at the City Hall in DRC or legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
6. International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
7. Fees:

• Processing time for both visas is 5-7 business days.
• Same-day processing is not available for business visas.
• Additional charges may apply for out-of-DC jurisdiction.
• Shipping fees are not included and should be arranged separately.
