Tourist Visa

Requirements:

1. Completed visa application form. FILL OUT THIS FORM After completing online, print out one copy and sign on both pages.
2. Complete the Additional Particular Form. FILL OUT THIS FORM
3. Religious undertaking letter is required for religious travelers, FILL OUT THIS FORM
4. Journalist undertaking letter is required for journalist travelers, FILL OUT THIS FORM
5. Documents for minors: Signed and notarized letter of consent from both parents, copy of parent’s ID(Driver's License, etc), a copy of the applicant's birth certificate.
6. One passport photo (2×2 inches, color, with a plain light or white background).You must ship your actual US passport (no photocopies). Your passport should remain valid for the next 6 months.
7. Notarized copy of your valid driver's license or utility bill (electric or gas).
8. Payment of applicable fees.

Business Visa

Requirements:

1. Completed visa application form. FILL OUT THIS FORM
2. Complete the Additional Particular Form. FILL OUT THIS FORM
3. Religious Undertaking Letter is required for religious travelers, FILL OUT THIS FORM
4. Journalist undertaking letter is required for Journalist Travelers, FILL OUT THIS FORM
5. Copy of airline tickets or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
6. Letter of Incorporation from the company in India.
7. Submit 2 passport photo(s). Photos must be 2×2, color, with a plain light or white background, and show a full front view of the face.
8. You must ship your actual US passport (no photocopies). Your passport should remain valid for the next 6 months.
9. Include a letter from the sponsoring company in India on company letterhead stating the purpose of travel, duration and address of stay, validity of visa requested and the places or organization to be visited.
10. Include an introductory letter from your company or sponsor from the USA stating the purpose of travel, duration and address of stay and financial guarantee for travel expenses.
11. Notarized copy of your valid driver's license or utility bill (electric or gas).
12. Payment of applicable fees.

• Processing time for both visas is 5-7 business days.
• Same-day processing is not available for business visas.
