Tourist Visa

Requirements:

1. Completed visa application form.Submit 1copie(s) of the visa application form. Print, sign, and fill out completely. FILL OUT THIS FORM
2. Submit 2 passport photo(s). Photos must be 2×2, color, with a plain light or white background, and show a full front view of the face.
3. You must ship your actual US passport (no photocopies). Your passport should remain valid for the next 6 months.
4. Letter specifying the length of stay and purpose of the trip.
5. If visa obtained for a child under 18, notarized letter of consent from both parents.
6. Applicants of Lebanese origin must present copy of Lebanese ID card.
7. Spouse of applicants of Lebanese origin must submit a copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of the spouse's Lebanese ID.
8. he passport and documents must not contain evidence of prior or intended travel to Israel.
9. Vaccinations - International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever required if arriving from infected area within 5 days.
10. Copy of airline tickets or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
11. Payment of applicable fees.

Business Visa

Requirements:

2. Submit 2 passport photo(s). Photos must be 2×2, color, with a plain light or white background, and show a full front view of the face.
3. You must ship your actual US passport (no photocopies). Your passport should remain valid for the next 6 months.
   
4. Copy of airline tickets or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
5. A business letter from company on official letterhead, stating duration and purpose of travel, name and address of reference to be visited, and that your company is financially responsible for you during your stay in Lebanon. The letter has to be signed by someone other than the applicant.
6. Applicants of Lebanese origin must present copy of Lebanese ID card.
   
7. Spouse of applicants of Lebanese origin must submit a copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of the spouse's Lebanese ID.
