Tourist Visa

Requirements:

1. Completed visa application form.Submit 1 copie(s) of the visa application form. Print, sign, and fill out completely. FILL OUT THIS FORM
2. Cover letter stating the reason for visit.
3. One passport photo (2×2 inches, color, with a plain light or white background).
4. Copy of airline tickets or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
5. Copy of recent bank statement is required.
6. A letter of invitation is required from your host in Qatar if visiting family or friends.
7. Current valid US passport. You must ship your actual US passport (no photocopies). Your passport should remain valid for the next 6 months.
8. Payment of applicable fees.

Business Visa

Requirements:

1. Completed visa application form. Submit 1 copie(s) of the visa application form. Print, sign, and fill out completely. FILL OUT THIS FORM
2. Letter of invitation from the host company in Qatar, stating the applicant’s name and passport number, dates and duration of stay, purpose of travel and financial guarantee for expenses while in Qatar.
3. Copy of airline tickets or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
4. Submit 2 passport photo(s). Photos must be 2×2, color, with a plain light or white background, and show a full front view of the face.
5. Current valid US passport.
6. A business Letter from company on official letterhead, stating duration and purpose of travel, name and address of reference to be visited, and that your company is financially responsible for you during your stay in Qatar. The letter has to be signed by someone other than the applicant.
7. Contractors with the US Department of Defense must provide a Letter of Authorization from the US Department of Defense with the contract period that ends in a year or more (if multiple entry one-year visa needed).
8. Payment of applicable fees.
